Sessions are designed to help you reach your movement goals. Posture, alignment and natural movements is the focus to getting started. Multiple modifications are provided for all physical levels along with ways to incorporate your new movement habits in your daily life or workout format. Personal training provides a personal workout format that is designed just for you. Our bodies were made to move, so lets work on how to move it the way it was designed to do so.
Openings are available now for virtual or in-home private sessions. In-home is training done in your home.
